It is always nice to see a Baglietto. This 38m has kept the same name since delivery in 1990 and may have been owned by the same prominent Greek shipowner all the time. Unfortunately the name has been mispelled in various sources as VANLISS III and VANLIS III when if you look at the last photo the name is clearly VAN LIS III.
