This would also be considered a copyright violation. Owners of yachtmati.com reserve the right to recover 6530 euro for each sale or distribution of an image without their permission or 40 euro per copy whichever is higher and also 3350 euro for each image published in copyright violation or 25 euro per issue of publication whichever is higher |

In the case of images provided by our correspondents then owners of yachtmati.com are authorised to act on behalf of the photographer for the recovery of their damages in the case of copyright violation or violation of these terms. |

In the case of publication of yachtmati.com photos on internet forums or sites, owners of yachtmati.com reserve the right to recover damages from the member, the owner of the site or forum, the host of the site, the ISP or any other party with connection to the site as yachtmati.com sees fit to hold responsible for the copyright violation. |
