SAMAR is a Devonport Yacht built in 2006

SAMAR was built by Devonport and was the largest private yacht built in the UK since the Royal yacht BRITANNIA. She is seen to have a Chris Craft tender. SAMAR is understood to be owned by Kuwaiti businessman Kutayba Alghanim. The family company Alghanim industries has diverse interests in the middle east. The yacht is understood to be named after his daughter.
