Built in 1973 as HMAS FLINDERS a Royal Australian Navy hydrographic vessel, she was decommissioned in 1998 and later purchased and convered to a yacht by 2004 with major modifications to the vessel including a new superstructure. THe refit was completed in New Zealand to Lloyds and MCA class. In 2006 she was refit again at Atlantic Dockyard, Jacksonville under a new owner as PLAN B.
