Easily the most bizzare yacht we have featured and yes another Bannenberg. This time by Brooke Yachts of England a yard which became defunct but was recently revived as Brooke Marine Yachts nearby the original site. G.WHIZ was sold by her original owner in 1992 and purchased by Loucas Hadjioannou, a Greek Shipowner. She was apparently purchased as a birthday present for his son Stelios Hadjioannou of Easyjet etc fame. Previously she had a red trim, this was later changed to blue. Curiously she flies a US flag being registered in the tax free state of Delaware and is understood to be still owned by the Hadjioannou family.
