Built in Denmark in 1981 for Saddam Hussein and originally named QADISSIYAT SADDAM, she was never delivered to Iraq but instead was kept in Saudi Arabia and understood to have been purchased by Saudi Royals at some point and renamed AL YAMAMAH. Later she was renamed OCEAN BREEZE and offered for sale in Nice but the Iraqi government were successful in claiming ownership through the courts and renamed her BASRAH BREEZE. Presently understood to have new owner and is under refit in Greece.
